TLCA is seeking teachers for the 2017-18 school year with the following qualifications: 

 

  •  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
  • Valid State Teaching Certification is helpful but not required UNLESS you are applying for a position teaching special education
  • Strong knowledge of the subject area you wish to teach
  • Belief in and aligned with TLCA's mission and values (non-negotiable)
 
 
Abilene 

Custodian/Bus Driver

 

TLCA-Abilene is seeking to fill a full-time custodian position that will also entail some bus driving duties. Custodians are responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of facilities.  Valid and current Texas CDL is preferred.

 Assistant Principal

Maintenance

 

TLCA-Arlington is seeking to fill a full-time maintenance position. Maintenance personnel perform structure and equipment repairs, preventative and routine maintenance work, and, as necessary, custodial work to maintain school buildings and grounds in good condition.  Only team players need apply.

Diagnostician

 

TLCA-Arlington is seeking a diagnostician who is self-starter and can work as part of a team for the 2017-18 school year.  This position will be expected to assess the educational learning styles and program needs of students referred to special education services.  As part of a team you will need to work cooperatively with instructional personnel to provide the most appropriate instructional programs for students with disabilities.

 

This position requires a Master's degree in educational assessment, a valid Texas teaching certificate, and a valid Texas educational diagnostician certificate.

Midland
 Intermediate School Principal
 

If you are a highly motivated leader who wants to be part of an outstanding team, TLCA-Midland may be the place for you!  TLCA is seeking a principal for our intermediate school (6-9) for the 2017-18 school year but is only interested in self-starters who are not afraid of challenges.  If this describes you, you may be the perfect fit.

TLCA-San Angelo has openings for the bus drivers. The position entails driving a route twice a day as well as taking students to field trips, athletics, etc.
