Thank A Staff Member

Staff members across the Texas Leadership District (San Angelo, Midland, Arlington, Abilene, and Cedar Hill) are making a difference every single day. They go the extra mile to serve and give of themselves selflessly to ensure our students and families are supported.

Have you observed a Texas Leadership staff member who is taking extraordinary measures to assist students, families, and/or fellow co-workers? Tell us about someone who has gone the extra mile to help others in a positive way.

Help us say THANK YOU to the men and women who truly make Texas Leadership amazing!

We will post your recognition notes below. <3

Our Midland TLCA instructional aides are servant leaders, always asking what they can do to help others. Their main concern is always with what is best for kids. Our aides are flexible, maintaining a positive attitude about having changes to their schedules based on the needs of the day. No matter the circumstances, they always have a glowing smile and kind words for others. In addition, their work ethic is impeccable, and they continue to be our solid rocks.

Andi Griffith, since the beginning of the year has worked tirelessly to ensure that her coworkers, students, and parents have the tech knowledge to assist their virtual students. She has spent conferences, after hours, and before school training staff, students, and parents on Google products, video techniques, and textbook access. Thank you, Andi!

Amanda Monsivais is always prompt and responding to emails. If she isn't who I needed to contact, she is faithful to find out the answers or connect with me with the correct people. She is helpful when I stop by the school. In a year of lots of questions and new ways to do things, she was ever helpful and I'm thankful for her.
