TLCA Congratulates Andrew Lively on his appointment to the Texas State Wide Network of Assessment Professionals (TSNAP) as Regional Director for Region 15. Mr. Lively serves our District in a wide-variety of ways including meeting directly with TEA (Texas Education Agency), he is a contact for testing coordinators and he is a voice of support for Public Charter School Education.
