Public Information Request
All requests for public information are handled in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code § 552.001. Requests for public information must be submitted in writing to the Director of Human Resources through one of the following methods:

This allows District Administration to ensure they have correctly received the request, and respond accordingly, within the required ten business day time period. Documents, which are public information, will be made available for review and/or retrieval. Texas Leadership charges $.10 per copy. For requests that are over $40.00, the district will send an itemized statement, and ask for a response in writing. Texas Leadership will then verify that the requestor accepts the estimate.
