Texas Leadership District Administration wants to ensure every family in our District has the information they need about Breakfast and Lunch Meal options for their student (children 18 years of age and under). We encourage you to read the paragraph below that pertains to your city's campus.
As We Stand Together,
We are thankful for our entire community as we continue to navigate through this unprecedented time (COVID-19). We received word that Abilene ISD will begin providing free breakfast and lunch to all children who are 18 years of age and under.
Lunch & Breakfast Available
Meals can be picked up in drive-thru fashion at Martinez, Johnston and Bowie elementary schools, and Clack, Craig, Madison and Mann middle schools.
Breakfast – served from 7-9 a.m.
Lunch – served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Please note that only children who are in the vehicle at the time of pickup will be allowed to get a meal. All children in the vehicle – whether on free-and-reduced lunch or not – will be allowed to get a meal.
What an incredible community, indeed! Thank you to all who are working together. You are truly appreciated!
TLCA SAN ANGELO
As we continue to navigate through this unprecedented time (COVID-19), TLCA San San Angelo wanted to let our families know that SAISD has a great program in place for our community to help make sure that no child goes hungry during school closure. To the best of our knowledge, meals are being offered to students (18 years and under) at five school sites beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020 through Friday, March 20, 2020. If schools remain closed beyond March 20th, the ISD has said they are committed to providing these services until schools reopen.
