We want to say a special thank you to our 2020 Seniors for their valuable input, and to their families as we navigate the waters of COVID-19. Our heart’s desire was to be able to give every opportunity to having an in-person Graduation. We are happy to announce that after receiving new guidance from our Governor, the 2020 Seniors will be able walk the stage!! We ask you to please read the parameters we must abide by to ensure a safe, and happy celebration.
This celebration will take place on Friday, May 29th at 7:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the TLCA San Angelo Multi-Purpose Complex.
- Only a total of 5 immediate family members, who all live in the same household, will be allowed to be in attendance.
- Prior to attending the ceremony, participating students and attending family members must be screened (via questioning) by TLCA employees for any new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19. Temperatures will also be taken at the entry-point.
- Social distancing parameters of 6 feet or more of spacing between all participants will be in place, except that of members who are in the same household (five individuals or fewer) who may be allowed to sit together in the audience. All others must be at least 6-feet away from any other family group at all times.
- Consistent with the actions taken by many institutions across the state, consideration of wearing cloth face coverings when coming within 6-feet of another person during the event who is not in the same household, would be appreciated.

We will be sending a full-detailed plan to the Senior’s family for arrival, seating, departure, etc. as soon as we can. We will be meeting very soon with Administration to work through the details.
For those who wish to view this special occasion, our Tech Director and support by staff of “The Life Church,” are working together to provide online recording/streaming access for the rest of our TLCA Family. We will provide those details to you very soon.
Our desire is for safety and to be able to celebrate the hard work and determination by our Graduating Class of 2020. They are LEADERS in the truest sense of the word. We look forward to celebrating you!
With Joy,
TLCA District Administration and High School Campus Administration
