Secondary Assistant Principal 
TLCA Midland is seeking a secondary assistant principal. The assistant principal will assist the school principal in overall administration of instructional program and campus-level operations. They will also be responsible to coordinate assigned student activities and services. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree and valid and current Texas Teaching Certificate, with at least three years of teaching experience. Master's degree and mid-management or other appropriate Texas certificate are preferred.

Special Education Teacher
TLCA Midland is seeking a Special Education teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. The Special Education teacher will provide those served by special education and related services with learning activities and experiences based on enrolled grade-level standards that are designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Implement or modify and implement the curriculum, prepare lessons, and instructional materials appropriate to individual student’s present levels of academic achievement and functional performance. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree, Special Education certification, and teaching area certification as appropriate for assignment.

Texas Leadership Charter Academy is seeking dynamic Substitute Teachers to assist at TLCA Midland. Our tutors are responsible for assisting students in understanding various different subjects. Tutors assist, and encourage students in the learning processes. These professionals also review materials used in classes, explain various topics, and answer questions of the student regarding that topic.

Substitute Teacher

Texas Leadership Charter Academy is seeking dynamic Substitute Teachers to assist our District in various roles, as needed. Responsibilities include adhering to the curriculum and lesson plans assigned by the regular teacher. Follow procedures and achieve lesson goals. Explain, and assign homework, and oversee students outside of the classroom including in the hallways and cafeteria.
